UV-LED curing lamp

Principle: Ultraviolet light irradiates ultraviolet glue to produce a polymerization reaction to cure.
Structure: UV LED curing light is a light source designed with semiconductor light emitting devices that directly generate ultraviolet light, and its emission wavelength is a certain wavelength from 200nm to 450nm. Usually three types of light source, line light source and surface light source.
Advantages: With traditional UV lamps, the advantages of UV LED curing lamps are:
1, long life: service life of about 25000-30000 hours, and maintenance costs are low.
2, cold light source, low heat radiation, low energy consumption, the temperature of the illuminated object surface is low, the power consumption is only 10% of the traditional UV curing lamp, energy section up to about 90%.
3, instant lighting, no need to preheat immediately achieve 100% power UV output.
4, can design effective irradiation area length and spot size.
5, easy to optical shaping, light beam has a unidirectional, stable light output, high energy density, irradiation more uniform effect, so increase the UV glue curing speed.
Application: At present, UV LED curing lamps can replace conventional UV curing lamps with a history of more than 100 years, and can be widely used in electronic products, precision machinery, optical components, mobile phones, medical products, handicrafts, optical fiber products, and liquid crystal display panels.
Outlook: According to "China‘s LED-UV curing industry in 2015, the technical characteristics of the analysis," pointed out that the future UV LED curing light will be toward the miniaturization, portable and handheld development, the new market area will open the application of UV LED curing light. In 2012, traditional UV curing lamps accounted for 90% of the UV curing market.
